Brown, who was seated in the front of the car, then pulled out a gun and told Ramage to “give me what you got,” according to the police report. Police said when the cab pulled up in front of 460 Cedar Drive, the female got out and ran between two buildings. When they got to Coraopolis, the passengers told Ramage to drive to the Mooncrest neighborhood in Moon, according to police. Ramage told police he picked up Grace, Brown and a female in McKees Rocks about 3:15 a.m. Police located the driver, Sean Ramage, no age or address given, on Thorn Run Road, where he ran after the incident, and he gave them a description of the suspects. Wednesday in the 400 block of Cedar Drive and found an abandoned Yellow Cab taxi with the doors open and the engine running.
